Kediri (Jatimsmart.id) – PT Gudang Garam Tbk. membagikan dividen tahunan sebesar Rp 2.308.905.600.000 (Rp 2,3 triliun) kepada pemegang saham pada tahun buku 2022. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari dividen yang dibagikan tahun sebelumnya.
Dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) yang diselenggarakan di Grand Surya Hotel, Kediri, Senin, 26 Juni 2023, perusahaan rokok yang bermarkas di Kediri itu memutuskan untuk membagikan dividen kepada masing-masing pemegang saham sebesar Rp 1.200 untuk setiap sahamnya. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari yang dibagikan pada tahun buku 2021 sebesar Rp 4.329.198.000.000 (Rp 4,3 triliun rupiah.)
“Sedangkan laba yang tidak dibagikan akan dimasukkan dalam akun saldo laba dan akan digunakan untuk menambah modal kerja perseroan,” tulis Direksi PT Gudang Garam Tbk. dalam siaran persnya.
RUPS tersebut juga mengesahkan neraca dan perhitungan laba rugi perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022 yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Siddharta Widjaja & Rekan.
Termasuk memberikan pembebasan tanggung jawab sepenuhnya kepada para anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan atas tindakan-tindakan serta pengawasan yang telah mereka jalankan selama tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022.
RUPS juga menunjuk Kantor Akuntan Publik Siddharta Widjaja & Rekan selaku Auditor Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2023 atau penggantinya yang ditunjuk oleh Dewan Komisaris. (jek)
