Surabaya (Jatimsmart.id) – Belum lama ini, Perum Jasa Tirta (PJT) I meraih Silver Winner kategori The Most Promising Company in Marketing 3.0 di Gelaran BUMN Entrepreneurial Marketing Awards (BEMA) 2023. Hadir menerima penghargaan, Direktur Operasional PJT I, Milfan Rantawi.
Hermawan Kartajaya selaku Founder MarkplusInc (pakar di bidang pemasaran) dan founder Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) menyampaikan, penghargaan ini digelar sejak 2012 dan merupakan salah satu rangkaian Jakarta Marketing Week 2023. Menurutnya penghargaan ini untuk mengapresiasi BUMN dan BUMD yang sukses menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang fokus pada pelanggan. “Kami telah 11 tahun menggelar penghargaan ini, tujuannya untuk mengapresiasi kinerja BUMN dan BUMD menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang fokus pada pelanggan,” ungkapnya.
Milfan menjelaskan, PJT I sekarang fokus tidak hanya pada pengembangan bisnis SDA (Sumber Saya Air) namun merambah pada bisnis Non SDA sesuai dengan penugasan pada PP 46 tahun 2010. Salah satu fokus utama PJT I di Non SDA adalah pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM).
“PJT I memiliki SPAM eksisting di Lamongan dan tahun ini berupaya untuk merambah pasar penyelenggaraan SPAM di Malang. Pelayanan SPAM ini tidak hanya untuk kepentingan bisnis semata, sebagai BUMN Perum PJT I tetap melaksanakan pelayanan publik dengan penyediaan untuk golongan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah,” kata Milfan, Rabu (21/6/2023).
Ia menambahkan, transformasi digital juga dihadirkan sebagai upaya untuk lebih adaptif agar dapat semakin dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Penerapan Smart Water Management System (SWMS) untuk sistem informasi SIAGA banjir, sistem informasi kualitas air, dan sistem manajemen sungai juga menjadi bentuk inovasi perusahaan menghadirkan pemantauan secara real time di Wilayah Sungai yang dikelola perusahaan.
“SWMS menjadi upaya nyata PJT I untuk mewujudkan peningkatan layanan kepada pelanggan (pemanfaat) dan masyarakat (pelayanan umum). Terutama dalam sisi pengelolaan SDA. Penerapan ERP- SAP, pembaharuan website, implementasi Aquarius, telemetri juga menjadi upaya perusahaan untuk mendukung menerapkan digitalisasi secara optimal. Informasi perusahaan juga diinfokan melalui media sosial perusahaan agar informasi dapat tersampaikan dan tersebar dengan cepat,” ungkapnya.
Milfan juga menyampaikan, apresiasi tertinggi kepada insan PJT I atas dukungan dan kontribusi maksimal didukung kreativitas menciptakan beragam inovasi layanan digital. Ia berharap penghargaan ini menjadi pemicu semangat menghadirkan beragam inovasi layanan sesuai perkembangan teknologi. “Tujuan besar dari seluruh proses tranformasi digital perusahaan adalah memberikan layanan terbaik bagi masyarakat dalam hal pengelolaan SDA,” pungkasnya.
