Surabaya (Jatimsmart.id) – Gubernur Jawa Timur, Khofifah Indar Parawansa meninjau proses pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) tahap 1 jenjang SMA/ SMK Negeri di Jawa Timur tahun 2023, di kantor Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur, Jalan Raya Jagir Surabaya, Selasa (20/6/2023).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Gubernur Khofifah berdialog dengan beberapa orang tua murid yang melakukan proses PPDB, salah satunya Endang, orang tua Maulana Tegar asal Lamongan tetapi orang tua berdomisili dan bekerja di Surabaya. Tidak hanya itu saja, Gubernur Khofifah, juga meninjau beberapa meja palayanan proses PPDB dan ruangan operator yang melayani permintaan informasi dari masyarakat.
Gubernur Khofifah mengatakan, ingin meninjau proses PPDB termasuk apa saja kendalanya, agar segera diselesaikan. “Kita ingin memastikan pelayanan di sini selesai, ada juga tim operator yang melayani call center, Kami telah menyiapkan sistemnya, maka silahkan para wali murid dan calon peserta didik untuk bisa mengaksesnya. Serta yang terpenting memahami peraturan dan pentahapannya dengan cermat,” ujar Gubernur Khofifah.
Gubernur Khofifah menjelaskan, PPDB tahap 1 meliputi jalur afirmasi 15% dari pagu sekolah yang terbagi atas keluarga tidak mampu dan Program Afirmasi Pendidikan Menengah (ADEM) sebanyak 7%, Anak buruh dari keluarga tidak mampu sebanyak 5%, dan penyandang disabilitas sebanyak 3% dari pagu sekolah.
Untuk jalur afirmasi dari keluarga tidak mampu dibuktikan dengan memiliki kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) , Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Kartu Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (KBPNT), Kartu Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) , Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) dan Program bantuan Pemerintah Daerah lainnya sebagai bukti keikutsertaan program penanganan keluarga tidak mampu. “Setiap jalur ada persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi siswa seperti pendaftaran PPDB tahap 1. Maka baik wali murid dan calon peserta didik harus mempersiapkan diri agar saat pendaftaran tidak bingung,” tandasnya.
Gubernur menuturkan, masih di jalur tahap 1, kuota tersebut terbagi dalam Tugas Orang Tua/Wali 5% dari pagu sekolah, yang terbagi atas Pindah Tugas Orang Tua/Wali sebanyak 2%, Anak Guru/Tenaga Kependidikan sebanyak 2%, dan Anak Tenaga Kesehatan sebanyak 1% dari pagu sekolah.
Selanjutnya, jalur Prestasi Hasil Lomba sebanyak 5% dari pagu sekolah, yang terbagi atas prestasi hasil lomba bidang akademik sebanyak 2%, prestasi hasil lomba bidang non akademik, Ketua OSIS, dan Hafidz Qur’an sebanyak 3% dari pagu sekolah. Pendaftaran PPDB tahap 2 jalur Prestasi Nilai Akademik SMA dibuka pada tanggal 24-25 Juni 2023 dengan kuota yang disediakan sebanyak 25%. Proses seleksi pada tahap 2 ini dilakukan berdasarkan rerata nilai rapor semester 1-5 SMP/sederajat dengan bobot 70% ditambah nilai akreditasi sekolah asal dengan bobot 30%.
Tahap 3, jalur zonasi SMK akan mulai dilaksanakan secara online pada tanggal 27-28 Juni 2023 dengan kuota 10%. Tahap ini diperuntukkan bagi siswa dari dalam/luar zona, dan seleksinya dilakukan berdasarkan jarak rumah ke sekolah. Tahap 4 PPDB jalur zonasi SMA dengan kuota 50% akan mulai dilaksanakan secara online pada tanggal 1-2 Juli 2023.
Tahap ini adalah untuk calon peserta didik dari dalam zona dan luar zona yang berbatasan dan seleksi dilakukan berdasarkan jarak rumah ke sekolah. Terakhir tahap 5 untuk jalur prestasi SMK dengan kuota yang disediakan 65% dari pagu sekolah akan mulai dilaksanakan secara online pada tanggal 4-5 Juli 2023. “Karena semuanya berbasis online, CPDB harus jeli betul setiap mengisikan data baik saat login maupun unggah berkas,” pesan Gubernur Khofifah.
Plt Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur, Wahid Wahyudi menambahkan, penerimaan PPDB jenjang SMA dan SMK Negeri Tahap 1 di Jatim resmi dimulai pada Senin 19-20 Juni 2023. Ia menambahkan semua proses PPDB dilakukan secara online tetapi dinas pendidikan Jatim juga membuat desk pelayanan bagi siswa atau masyarakat yang kesulitan melakukan proses pendaftaran online
Guna memperlancar pelaksanaan PPDB ini, Pemprov Jatim menyiapkan 36 ribu operator yang ditempatkan di kantor Dindik Jatim, kantor Cabang Dindik Jatim, dan SMA/SMK negeri terdekat. “Semoga PPDB online ini dapat mempermudah para peserta didik, orang tua, masyarakat untuk mendaftar dan memantau hasil PPDB,” imbuhnya.
Seluruh proses PPDB SMA dan SMK di Jatim ini tidak dipungut biaya atau gratis. Untuk itu, ia meminta kepada seluruh wali murid dan CPDB tidak begitu saja percaya pada pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. “Seluruh proses PPDB SMA dan SMK Negeri di Jatim ini gratis. Jadi manfaatkan kesempatan ini sebaik mungkin,” ucapnya.
Sebagai informasi, terkait PPDB tahun 2023 ini, Pemprov Jatim lewat Dindik Jatim juga membuka layanan masyarakat melalui call center dan pesan whatsapp (WA). Sementara untuk phone only, Dindik Jatim menyediakan delapan nomor yang bisa dihubungi melalui telepon seluler.
