Surabaya (Jatimsmart.id) – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten/Kota se-Jawa Timur secara serentak melantik 25.482 penyelenggara di tingkat TPS atau Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS).
Komisioner KPU Jatim, Rochani menuturkan, 25.482 anggota PPS untuk Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2024, bertugas di 8.494 Desa/Kelurahan di 666 Kecamatan dan 38 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur.
“Bismillah, semoga kegiatan Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji bagi 25.482 anggota PPS untuk Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2024 mendapatkan kemudahan dan berjalan lancar. Selamat bagi Bapak/Ibu/Saudara yang dilantik,” tutur Divisi SDM dan Litbang KPU Jatim, Selasa (24/1/2023).
Ia pun berharap pada PPS yang dilantik dan diambil supah/janji dapat berkomitmen menjalankan tugas, kewajiban dan wewenang yang diamanahkan. Apalagi tidak mudah untuk sampai pada pencapaian ditetapkan sebagai anggota PPS Pemilu Serentak 2024.
“Semua peserta harus berjuang mengikuti seleksi terbuka pembentukan PPS yang diawali dengan pendaftaran secara mandiri melalui aplikasi Sistem Informasi Anggota KPU dan Badan Adhoc (SIAKBA). Lalu mengikuti seleksi administrasi, seleksi tertulis dan wawancara serta harus menyampaikan klarifikasi dalam hal terdapat masukan tanggapan masyarakat,” paparnya.
Sesuai yang disampaikan Rochani, PPS yang telah dilantik akan bertugas mulai dari 24 Januari 2023 sampai dengan 4 April 2024. “Selama empat belas bulan kedepan PPS akan membersamai KPU dalam menyelenggarakan Pemilu Serentak 2024 di tingkat desa/kelurahan. InsyAllah dalam rentang waktu empat belas bulan ke depan akan menjadi ladang pengabdian yang membanggakan apabila kita mampu menjalankan tugas dan memenuhi kewajiban dengan baik,” kata alumni Universitas Brawijaya ini.
Namun sebaliknya, Rochani menegaskan jika jabatan PPS akan berpotensi menjadi kisah buruk sepanjang hidup apabila tidak mampu melepaskan diri dari benturan kepentingan disetiap aktivitas sebagai penyelenggara. “Oleh karenanya penting bagi kita untuk meneguhkan kembali komitmen dan meluruskan niat sebagai penyelenggara,” tegasnya.
Divisi SDM dan Litbang KPU Jatim ini mengungkapkan pula, PPS nantinya pada tanggal 26 Januari 2023, tepatnya dua hari setelah pelantikan PPS, akan mulai melaksanakan tahapan pembentukan Petugas Pemutahiran Data pemilih (Pantarlih).
“Seleksi akan dilaksanakan secara terbuka. Pengumuman Pendaftaran selama tiga hari, 16 – 28 Januari 2023. Kemudian Penerimaan Pendaftaran selama enam hari, 26 – 31 Januari 2023. Penelitian administrasi dari 27 Januari – 2 Februari 2023. Pengumuman hasil seleksi calon Pantarlih 3 – 5 Februari 2023. Penetapan nama hasil seleksi Pantarlih pada 5 Februari 2023. Serta Pelantikan tanggal 6 Februari 2023,” papar Rochani.
Sehingga menurut Rochani setelah pelantikan, PPS harus segera melakukan penataan kelembagaan serta berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait.
Guna memastikan kegiatan Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji berjalan lancar, KPU Jatim pun melakukan supervisi dan monitoring. Ketua, Choirul Anam ke Kota Malang; Divisi Sosdiklih dan Parmas, Gogot Cahyo Baskoro ke Sidoarjo; serta Divisi Hukum dan Pengawasan, Muhammad Arbayanto ke Kabupaten Malang.
Lebih lanjut, Divisi SDM dan Litbang, Rochani ke Kabupaten Bojonegoro; Divisi Perencanaan dan Logistik, Miftahur Rozaq ke Kabupaten Kediri; Divisi Data dan Informasi, Nurul Amalia ke Gresik; serta Sekretaris, Nanik Karsini ke Kabupaten Magetan. (red/kjt)
