Jakarta (Jatimsmart.id) – Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) mulai mendistribusikan vaksin Moderna ke 34 provinsi untuk masyarakat umum. Juru Bicara Vaksinasi Covid-19 Kemenkes, Siti Nadia Tarmizi, mengatakan akan mendistribusikan sebanyak 5 juta dosis.

“Sudah mulai distribusi, nanti diatur masing-masing provinsi. Saat ini baru distribusi 5 juta ya,” kata Siti Nadia.

Dikatakannya, Kemenkes akan mendistribusikan vaksin Moderna ini ke 34 provinsi. Meski vaksin jenis mRNA harus disimpan dalam penyimpanan khusus, ia mengaku tidak ada kesulitan dan hambatan dalam proses pendistribusiannya.

“Tidak (kesulitan), karena disimpan di gudang vaksin yang pake minus 20 derajat celcius tapi ke fasilitas kesehatan itu sudah dalam bentuk cair dan bisa di kelola dalam rantai dingin 2-8 derajat celcius,” jelasnya.

Lebih lanjut, ia juga menegaskan jika vaksin Moderna ini akan diprioritaskan untuk ibu hamil dan seseorang yang memiliki komorbiditas.
