Blitar (Jatimsmart.id) – Salah seorang warga berdomisili Kota Surabaya terpaksa memutar balik kendaraannya, saat terjaring Operasi Yustisi PPKM Darurat yang digelar di Kecamatan Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar. Warga tersebut reaktif usai dilakukan tes swab antigen oleh petugas gabungan dari Polisi, TNI dan Satpol PP.
Warga Surabaya itu terpaksa menjalani tes swab antigen saat melewati operasi yustisi yang digelar di depan Kantor Polsek Lodoyo Barat di Jalan Raya Kecamatan Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar, Rabu (14/7). Karena tak mampu menunjukkan surat bebas Covid-19.
Dengan hasil reaktif, dia pun terpaksa memutar balik kendaraannya, dan gagal masuk ke wilayah Kabupaten Blitar.
Kapolres Blitar AKBP Leonard M Sinambela mengatakan, sasaran Operasi Yustisi ini adalah masyarakat yang melanggar prokes. Juga pengendara luar kota. Mereka yang hendak memasuki wilayah Blitar wajib menunjukkan surat vaksin dan bebas Covid-19.
“Sasarannya adalah masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan masker dan pengendara luar kota yang tidak bisa menunjukkan surat vaksin serta surat bebas Covid-19. Bagi pelanggar langsung disidang di tempat secara virtual,” kata Leonard M Sinambela. Dalam kegiatan tersebut petugas gabungan juga menyisir warung-warung dan tempat usaha untuk memberikan imbauan agar tidak berkerumun.
Leonard menambahkan, selama operasi yustisi di Lobar ini, ada 8 orang yang dikenakan sanksi tindak pidana ringan (tipiring). Dimana rinciannya 6 orang dilaksanakan sidang ditempat secara virtual. 5 orang dikenakan denda masing-masing Rp.25.000, dan 1 orang pelaku usaha atau warung sebesar Rp. 75.000.
“Selain itu juga 20 orang diberikan sanksi teguran tertulis dengan dilakukan swab test antigen dengan 1 orang reaktif. Mereka yang reaktif kita imbau isolasi mandiri,” pungkas Kapolres Blitar. (tok/ydk)
